摘　　要：依据济南钢铁集团总公司第一炼铁厂4BF生产实践,介绍了高炉铸钢冷却壁的破损状况;分析了其破损的原因;提出了改善冷却壁材质及结构、改进水质、提高软水流量、强化炉体点检和优化炉内操作等一系列相关的处理措施。4BF的实践对铸钢冷却壁的广泛应用将有一定的指导作用。The text introduces the damaged status of casting steel cooling stave and analyses its causation according to production practice of Jisteel＇s No. 4 BF. It puts forward a series of correlative measures, for example, ameliorating the material and frame of cooling stave, improving water quality, increasing soft water flux, strengthening BF examination, optimizing BF operation, and so on. They have a definite guiding significance to broaden the application of casting steel cooling stave according to 4BF practice.
