摘　　要：发展合作经济组织,可以提高农业产业化经营水平、提高农产品国际竞争力、保护与增进农民利益、提高农民素质,从而促进新农村建设。目前,发展合作经济组织面临诸多障碍,必须用建设新农村的高标准,通过法律保障、完善政策、科教扶持、培植典型、制度建设等措施,实现农村合作经济组织健康发展的目标。Developing economic cooperatives can help promote industrialized operation of agriculture, boost the international competitiveness of agricultural products, safeguard and advance the interests of farmers, and improve their quality, thus fostering new countryside construction. At present, the development of economic cooperatives faces numerous barriers, and we must apply the high standard of building the new countryside and achieve their healthy development through legal protection, policy improvement, scientific and educational support, and cultivating models.
