摘　　要：针对兰州铝业西北铝加工分公司8 MN张力矫直机斜滑块在拉伸过程中常出现的夹头打滑问题进行分析,得出夹头打滑的主要原因是斜滑块角度存在问题,分析影响斜滑块角度的因素,提出了解决的措施。Against the 8 MN tension straighten-leveller clamper-unfixed during straightening process of northwest aluminum fabrication aompany of lanzhou aluminum Co., Ltd. This article＇ s viewpoint is main reason of clamper-unfixed during producing because wedges angle have some problems. Analyzed the items that influence wedges angle, and have solve methods for act apply reference.
