摘　　要：通过对搅拌摩擦焊接接头金相试样制备技术的经验总结,介绍了异种材料搅拌摩擦焊接接头金相试样制备过程中磨光、抛光和浸蚀等关键操作,提出在金相试样的制备过程中的注意事项和技术要点,对搅拌摩擦焊接接头的微观组织分析、工艺制定等具有一定的参考价值。An introduction was made to the essential operations such as grinding, polishing and etching in the preparation of metallographic specimen of friction stir welds of dissimilar materials. The paper put forward the key points and things need noticed, which have some reference values on the microstructure analysis, establishment of technological procedure for friction stir welds.
