摘　　要：根据混合结构房屋裂缝的种类,分析了裂缝的成因,通过对非受力裂缝的几种情况进行观察,有针对性地提出了预防、控制裂缝的措施,以减轻和消除裂缝的出现,提高房屋质量。According to the features of various cracks produced in composite structure buildings the reasons caused the cracks are analyzed. Based upon observation of the situations of several non-load cracks practical prevention and control measures are proposed in order to eliminate cracks and ensure construction quality.
