摘　　要：从和谐施工企业的涵义入手，介绍了和谐的外部机制和内部机制，从法律、诚信体系的建立、企业文化的建设等方面提出了建立和谐施工企业的建议，以促进施工企业的持续发展。The following paper introduces the external mechanism and internal mechanism of harmony from the definition of harmonious construction enterprise. The author also tables a propesal of establishing harmonious construction enterprise from the establishment of law and good faith system and the construction of corporate culture, which to promote sustainable development of construction enterprise.
