摘 要:应用计算流体力学(CFD)的基本理论,利用大型商业软件Fluent建立了1个板坯结晶器的三维有限体积模型,对板坯结晶器内的钢液流动进行了三维数值模拟。重点研究了浸入式水口插入深度,水口侧孔倾角和拉速等工艺参数对结晶器内钢液流动状态的影响。结果表明:改变这些影响因素在一定程度上可以起到改善钢液流动状态的目的,但通过改变这些影响因素并不能完全实现对结晶器内钢液流动状态的有效控制,尤其是对液面波动和对窄面冲击强度的控制。In accordance with the basic theory of calculation of fluid mechanics a 3-dimensional finite-volume model of the slab mold has been set up by the large commercial code Fluent and 3-dimensional numerical simulation on the hot metal flow in the slab mold conducted with this model and the effects of such a few process parameters as the immersed depth of the submerged nozzle, the inclination of the nozzle's side hole and the drawing speed on the flowing conditions of the hot metal in the mold particularly investigated. Results indicate that although the flowing conditions of the hot metal in the mold can be improved to some extent by changing those affecting factors, yet the flowing conditions of the hot metal in the mold can't be controlled completely, particularly control on the fluctuation of the liquid surface as well as on the impact strength on the narrow side of the mold by that means.
