摘 要:基于模糊数学基本原理,提出将模糊综合评价的理论应用于桥梁技术状况及旧桥承载力检算系数Z1的定量评定。对于桥梁技术状况的评定,依据各构件的破损状况采用专家打分法来确定其评分,并由桥梁各构件的相对重要性给出评判权重,从而得出桥梁技术状况以评分值表示的评判结果;对旧桥承载力检算系数Z1的评定,从主要受力构件或者权重较大的构件出发,建立由裂缝宽度、钢筋锈蚀率和混凝土截面损失系数等影响因素为评价指标的评价集,得出以百分制表示的Z1的确切取值。This paper evaluates the conditions of bridges quality comprehensively based on fuzzy matnematics. The theory of fuzzy multi-synthetic evaluation is used for the assessment of existed bridge technical state, and the determination of checking coefficient Z1. The deterioration state rank of bridge members is marked by experts, and the evaluation weight is determined according to relative importance of structure members, then the final result of bridge technical state is expressed quantitatively by scores. This paper also puts forward the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the checking coefficient Z1 of carrying capacity for existed bridges, forms evaluating sets with evaluation indices that are consisted by influencing factors such as cracks, rusting ratio of reinforced bars, etc, and gets the exact score for main parts or parts of greater weight. 6 tabs, 5 figs, 7 refs.
