摘 要:在分析梯子岭公路隧道冻害原因及对已有防冻害隧道工程调研的基础上,提出了在原衬砌外周设置防水层及防冻隔温层,然后再修筑套衬的技术方案。对隧道温度场进行了全面测试,得到其分布变化规律,为设计提供了依据。依据绝热原理,采用等效厚度换算法设计了防冻隔温层厚度,给出了防冻隔温层的施工工艺,并对防冻隔温层的效果进行了两个冬季的现场观察与测试。结果表明,防冻隔温层背部温度均控制在0℃以上,彻底解决了该隧道的多年冻害问题,该成果可成为寒冷地区既有或新建公路、铁路隧道冻害防治的参照依据。When tunnel from frost damage constructing a tunnel in a zone with low temperature, it is very important to prevent the damage. Based on a highway tunnel project in China, the causes of resulting in cold is investigated, the temperature field is surveyed, the temperature distribution rule in tunnel is presented. According to the investigating results, a technical scheme to prevent the cold damage is put forward. In this scheme, an anti-water layer and an anti-freezing layer are constructed between outside concrete lining and inner concrete lining. How to decide the thikness of anti-water layer and anti-freezing layer is given and their construction technique is discribed. After two years operation, it is showed that the temperature behind the anti-freezing layer is above 0 ℃ at winter. The resut indicates that this technique can effectively prevent tunnel from cold damage. 5 figs, 8 refs.
