摘 要:为了定量检测柴油机燃油系3个精密偶件的状态、实现柴油机不解体故障诊断,研制了嵌入式电阻应变压力传感器;采用常规测试仪器,利用正交试验方法,测得不同磨损程度精密偶件的组合在工作中的压力波形;通过对燃油系供油压力变化过程、影响因素以及实测压力波形的分析,选取用于故障诊断的显著性特征参数;根据燃油系故障特点及其与特征参数的关系,采用模糊综合评判法和模式识别法作为诊断模型,并依据试验结果求得模糊关系矩阵。结果表明,利用模糊数学模型对柴油机燃油系故障进行诊断是可行的。A flush-type conductor strain pressure sensor was developed to conduct quantitative monitoring over the running state of the three precision jointed parts in the fuel system so that a new fault diagnosis method can be found without disassembling the diesel engine. With normal test instruments, the different pressure waves were detected on the combination of different jointed parts with different degrees of wear during operation. The salient feature data most suitable for such diagnosis were selected through conducting an analysis on the relationship between the pressure variations inside the fuel system and the factors affecting the process and the data of field tests on these variations. Based on the relationship between the feature of the faults and the feature data, a fussy comprehensive judgment method and a fault mode recognition method were obtained as the model for such diagnosis. A fussy relation matrix was worked out according to the test results. Applicaton results show that the method of using fussy mathematic model to diagnose diesel engine fuel system's defaults is feasible and practical. 3 figs, 7 refs.
