尿道拖入术治疗复杂性后尿道狭窄32例分析

摘　　要：目的提高复杂性后尿道狭窄的诊治水平。方法回顾采用此法治疗外伤性后尿道狭窄或闭锁患者32例，对其临床资料进行分析和总结。结果随访1—9年，28例排尿通畅，3例近期行扩尿道治疗。1例失败，原因为放置尿道金属支撑架，且骨盆结构明显变形。术后性功能无明显改变。结论尿道拖入术操作简单，损伤小，效果满意，对性功能无影响。Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of complex posterior urethral stricture. Methods Using Badenoch pull through procedure to treat 32 cases of complex posterior urethral stricture were reviewed. These data were summed up and analysed. Results 1 -9 years of follow - up. 31 cases were success with good voiding. 1 case failed, because it was placed metal support frame and his pelvis structure was distorted. Nature function is normal after operation. Conclusion Badenoch pull through procedure is simple, effective, nontraumatic and no infection for nature function.
