摘　　要：对30例PSVT患者RFCA术后24小时动态心电图进行分析,结果心律失常检出16例(53.3％)。有ST-T改变检出12例(40％),无ST-T改变18例(60％)。12例有ST-T改变者6例(50％)有CPK改变,而18例无ST-T改变者只有1例(5.6％)有CPK变化,二者比较有显著性差异(P<0.005)。经随访12例有ST-T改变者全部恢复正常。综上可以认为,24小时动态心电图是PSVT患者RFCA术后的一种重要的检查手段。The 24 -hour ambulatory EKG data of 30 paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT)patients were analysed who had been performed radiofrequency ablation (RFCA). The results showed that 16 cases(53. 3%)had arrhythmic events, 12 cases(40%)had ST-T changes and 18 cases(60%) had no ST-T changes. Six of the 12 cases with ST-T changes had varied cardiac enzyme elevation, and only one of the 18 cases without ST-T changes had CPK elevation. So CPK values between the two groups had significant difference(P<0. 005). After follow-up,all of the 12 cases had recovery. It is suggested that the 24-hour ambulatory EKG is an important examination for the PSVT patients after RFCA.
