左肾静脉下移术治疗左肾静脉压迫综合征(附3例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨改进治疗左肾静脉压迫综合征(即胡桃夹综合征-NCS)的手术方法。方法对3例明确诊断为左肾静脉压迫综合征的患者采用左肾静脉下移与下腔静脉端侧吻合术。结果术中肾动脉阻断时间分别为20 min2、1 min及16 min。肉眼血尿消失时间分别在术后第3天、第5天及第4天,镜下血尿消失时间分别在术后第5天、第7天及第6天。随访4-6月,血尿均未复发。结论左肾静脉下移与下腔静脉行端侧吻合治疗左肾静脉压迫综合征,疗效满意。Objective To investigate the better surgical approach to treat the left renal vein compression syndrome. Methods The surgery of left renal vein transposition and left renal vein cava end-to-side anastomosis was performed on 3 patieuts. Results During operation renal ischemia lasted 20 minutes, 21 minutes and 16 minutes respectively, in the 3 cases. After operation, gross hematuria disappeared on the 3`rd day, 5`th day and 4`th day; and microhematuria ceased at 5`th day, 7`th day, and 6`th day respectively. The patients had no recurrence of hematuria in the 4 to 6 months follow-up. Conclusion Transposition of the left renal vein combined with left renal vein cava end-to-side anastomosis is an effective surgical approach in the treatment of the left renal vein compression syndrome.
