对我国驰名商标权域外保护的探讨

摘　　要：在民族经济与国际经济日渐一体化的现代商品经济社会中,我国驰名商标如何在世界经济中求得生存,免遭不法侵害,是我国政府和企业必须高度重视并应着力解决的一个现实问题。对我国驰名商标权域外保护的思路是:增强企业商标注册意识;及时进行商标确权;依法申请撤销外商的抢先注册;寻求政府支持;谨慎适用相关国家(地区)的法律,为我国驰名商标域外保护提供良好的环境。In modem commodity economy society of that national economy and international economy merge day by day into an organic one, How to make the famous trademarks of our country gaine the existence and avoid the encroachment of illegal in world economy is a reality problem that our government will pay much attention to and solve in effort. Thingking of extraterritorial protection of famous trademark in our country are： strengthening the consciousness in the enterprise trademark register, trademarking abroad in time, canceling the trademark which abroad companies rob to register; looking for the government＇s supports which can provide a good environment for extraterritorial protection of our country; making use of the law of the relevant government.
