摘  要:针对单一的聚丙稀酰胺凝胶堵剂容易受温度和矿化度影响而破胶的特点,研制了一种新型高强度耐温抗盐复合聚合物凝胶堵剂——聚丙烯酰胺与聚丙烯腈复合堵剂。通过调节主剂、交联剂及添加剂配比,在一定温度和矿化度条件下可以得到不同强度、成胶时间可调的聚合物凝胶堵剂,并分别考察了聚合物浓度、交联剂浓度、温度、矿化度等因素对凝胶体系成胶时间和成胶强度的影响。该体系适合于对矿化度2000—160000mg/L、温度60—140℃的砂岩油藏进行堵水调剖。Because the stability of monocrosslinked polymer plugging agent was affected greatly by temperature and salinity, a new type of compounded polymer gel plugging agent with high strength and temperature and salt resistance was developed. It was mainly made up of polyacrylamide and polyacrylonitrile. The polymer plugging agent with different strength and adjustable gelling time could be obtainedby controlling the ratio of main material, crosslinking agent and other additives under certain temperature and salinity. The effects of polymer content, crosslinking agent content,temperature and salinity etc.on gelling time and gel strength were examined. The system was suitable for profile and water plugging in reservoir with salinity 2 000 - 160 000 mg/L and temperature 60 - 140℃.
