摘  要:采用不同氧化剂对噻吩硫模型化合物进行催化氧化试验。实验发现,对于柴油脱硫,叔丁基过氧化氢是一种较为理想的油溶性氧化剂,并能有效改善柴油十六烷值。实验证明,催化活性较大的MoO3做催化剂活性组分。比较得出各种模型化合物的氧化活性,二苯并噻吩最易被氧化,而苯并噻吩最不易被氧化。通过BET实验对催化剂的测定,与氧化实验数据关联,找出影响催化剂活性的原因。动力学实验表明,该反应为一级反应。The catalytic oxidation experiments were carried out on sulfur- containing thiophene model compounds in the presence of various catalysts. The results showed that t - C4H9OOH was ideal oil - soluble oxidatant which could increase the cetane of diesel oil. The experiment indicated that the component as the catalyst with higher activity was MoO3 and oxidative reactivity decreased in the order of DBT 〉 4 - MDBT 〉 4,6 - DMDBT 〉 BT. According to the relationship between BET data and oxidative experimental data, the effects on catalytic activities were discussed. Reaction kinetics showed that the oxidative reaction of model sulfur compound was first - order reaction.
