摘 要:利用微波辐射技术,在活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸催化作用下以丙酸和正丁醇为原料合成丙酸丁酯。实验确定了最佳反应条件:固定丙酸0·2mol,n(正丁醇)∶n(正丙酸)2·2∶1·0,催化剂用量1·0g,微波功率600W,微波辐射时间20min,酯化率可达99%。利用折光率、红外光谱分析等对产品进行了物性、组成和结构表征。n - Butyl propionate was synthesized from propionic acid and n - butanol using p - toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon under microwave irridiation. The effects of reaction conditions including molar ratio of raw materials, reaction time, water - carrying agent, microwave power on the rate of esterification were discussed and the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:molar ratio of n - butanol to propionate acid 2.2: 1.0, dosage of catalyst 1.0 g, microwave power 600 W, microwave irradiation time 18 minutes .The esterification rate was over 99 %. The compound synthesized was characterized by refractive index and IR.
