摘　　要：《汉书·艺文志》“诸子略”著录的“《东方朔》二十篇”,学术界认识不一。本文认为这20篇不是东方朔“陈农战强国之计”的上书,而是东方朔的作品集,但这20篇并不是东方朔全部作品的结集；在某种意义上说,只是东方朔作品的选集。There are different opinion about ‘Dongfang Shuo＇ recorded in ‘Zhu zi category＇ of Bibliographical Treaties in the Han shu. The author of this article think that this ‘twenties articles＇ is not the political comment about ‘idea of strengthened homeland through paying great attention to agriculture and war＇ written by Dongfang Shuo, but his works; and the ‘twenties articles＇ is also not the collection of his all works, but his selected works in a sense.
