摘 要:目的:事件相关电位是近年来电生理领域所关注的一种重要的研究方法,它为注意力缺陷-多动障碍儿童临床研究提供了一个新的研究视角。资料来源:应用计算机检索PsycArticles心理学全文期刊数据库及EB-SCO全文数据库1974-01/2005-12期间与注意力缺陷-多动障碍儿童的事件相关电位研究相关的文献,检索词为“attention-deficithyperactiv-itydisorder;ADHD;ERP;ERPs”,并限定语言种类为英语。同时检索中国全文期刊数据库1974-01/2005-12期间与注意力缺陷-多动障碍儿童的事件相关电位研究相关的文献,检索词包括“儿童多动症、注意力缺陷障碍伴多动、事件相关电位”,并限定语言种类为汉语。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选择与注意力缺陷-多动障碍儿童的事件相关电位的相关文章,然后筛选与以上要求无明显联系的文章。纳入标准:阐述注意力缺陷-多动障碍儿童的相关情况、事件相关电位的实验研究的文献。排除重复性研究。资料提炼:共收集到83篇关于注意力缺陷-多动障碍儿童的事件相关电位研究的文献,排除65篇,选择与本文密切相关的18篇进行综述。资料综合:注意力缺陷-多动障碍儿童的事件相关电位研究范式有多种。在N1、P2、N2、P3、MMN、SW的事件相关电位研究结果大部分是一致的,即注意力缺陷-多动障碍儿童与控制组儿童在N1、P2、N2、P3、MMN、SW等一些事件相关电位成分上都有很大的不同。结论:由于注意分散和注意资源的不适当分配导致儿童出现注意力缺陷-多动障碍,注意力缺陷-多动障碍儿童可能有一定程度上的认知功能障碍和神经生理方面的缺陷或损伤,年龄和亚型是注意力缺陷-多动障碍儿童事件相关电位研究中值得关注的重要变量。OBJECTIVE: Event related potential (ERP) is an important method in electrophysiological field, which offers a new respect in clinical study of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder children. DATA SOURCES: An overall retrieval was performed in PsycArticles and EBSCO database for materials on ERP research in attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder children published between January 1974 and December 2005 with the key words of "attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder;AD- HD ;ERP ;ERPs" in English. Simultaneously, China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) were searched for literatures of ERP research in attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder children published from January 1974 to December 2005 with the key words of "attention deficient disorder, attention deficit disorder accompanied with hyperactivity, ERP" in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: The data were selected primarily, and articles of ERP research in attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder children were included. Unrelated articles were excluded. Inclusive criteria: articles with explanation of related condition on attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder children and experimental researches of ERP. Literatures with repetitive studies were. excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 83 articles of ERP research in attentiondeficit hyperactivity disorder children were collected, and 65 articles were excluded. A total of 18 articles related closely with this article were ap- plied for review. DATA SYNTHESIS: The methods of studies on ERP research in attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder children were multiple. The findings of N1, P2, N2, P3, MMN, SW in ERP were mostly accordant, which was showed that there were great differences in N1, P2, N2, P3, MMN, SW and so on between attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder children and children in control group.
