摘  要:目的应用回波跟踪技术评价高血压患者和冠心病患者的外周血管功能变化。方法正常组48例,高血压组42例,冠心病组42例。分别应用超声回波跟踪技术、动脉硬化检测技术对动脉功能改变进行评估。结果冠心病组和高血压组压力应变弹性系数明显高于正常组(分别为163.96±73.90比114.77±35.03,P<0.01;143.75±64.33比114.77±35.03,P<0.05);冠心病组超声回波跟踪技术所测定的僵硬系数值显著高于正常人(11.99±4.50比9.32±2.88,P<0.01)。高血压组动脉顺应性低于正常组(0.64±0.21比0.73±0.27,P<0.05)。结论超声回波跟踪技术能方便、快捷、无创评价动脉功能和结构的早期变化。高血压及冠心病患者外周动脉弹性功能明显降低。Objective To evaluate the change of vascular function by echo-tracking technique in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 132 cases were divided into three groupst normal control group(48 cases), hypertension group(42 cases), and coronary heart disease group( 42 cases). The change of artery function were evaluated by echo-tracking technique and arteriosclerotic examine technique. Results Pressure elastic coefficient (Ep) was significantly higher in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease than that of normal subjects (163.96 ± 73.90 vs 114. 77 ± 35.03, P 〈0. 01 ; 143.75 ± 64. 33 vs 114. 77 ± 35.03, P 〈0. 05, respectively). Stiffness parameter (!8) was significantly higher in patients with coronary heart disease than that of normal subjects(11.99 ±- 4.50 vs 9. 32 ± 2.88, P 〈 0.01 ). Artery compliance (AC) was significantly lower in patients with hypertension than that of normal subjects(0.64 ± 0.21 vs 0.73 ± 0.27, P 〈0.05). Conclusions The early change of the artery function and structure can be estimated conveniently, quickly and non-invasively by echo-tracking technique. Arterial elasticity function are obviously lower in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.
