摘  要:目的探讨偏振光皮肤镜数字图像分析技术,在确诊色素性皮损中的意义。方法设计有偏振光装置的皮肤镜,进行色素性皮损图像采集分析的软硬件数字图像系统,观察了38例色素性皮损,并与组织病理学方法进行比较。结果对已观察到的皮损表面色素形态,在不同的色素性皮损诊断中都有其不同的分布排列模式和特有的结构,与组织病理学观察到的结果有相关性。结论利用偏振光皮肤镜的配套技术进行无创性图像采集,提高了皮损图像的色素形态分布模式和特征观察的可视性;为临床某些色素性皮肤病和黑素细胞肿瘤的早期诊断和鉴别诊断提供了参考依据。Aim To investigate the significance in determining pigment Injured Skin. Methods of polari-light skin scope digital image analysis technology Poari-light skin scope, is a software and hardware digital image system which was used to collect and analyze pigment injured skin picture and was used to observe pigment injured skin of 38 cases. Characteristics of shape and distribution of skin pigment tumor under polari-light skin scope were compared with pathological results under light microscope. Results Different distributed mode and special structure of pigment shape was observed in injured skin surface of different pigment injured skin, which closely correlated with pathological results. Conclusion Polari-light skin scope with necessary accessories to collect injured skin image may enhance the visibility of pigment shape and provide reference evidence for early diagnosing some pigment skin disease and Melanocytic tumor.
