摘  要:目的探讨MR I扫描技术在踝关节损伤的应用价值。方法搜集33个损伤后踝关节,在自然体位下应用柔性线圈和头部线圈,矢状位采用双回波快速自旋序列(pd+t2-tse),快速小角度单次激发加脂肪抑制(t2-fl2d+fs)及短时反转恢复(t2-tirm)3种序列,冠状位和横断位采用多回波(m e-2d)序列检查。结果本组33个踝关节中有阳性发现的关节为25个,检查阳性率75.8%。结论踝关节的矢状位扫描以pd+t2-tse和t2-fl2d+fs为常规序列,t2-tirm为辅助序列,冠状位或横断位以m e-2d为常规系列,即可满足踝关节损伤的诊断要求。Objective To discuss the applied value of MRI scanning technology in the ankle injury. Methods 33 cases of ankle injury were examined by M RI using flexible loop and head loop, the sequences were pd + t2 - tse, t2 - fl2d + fs, t2 - trim ( sagittal section ) and me - 2d ( coronal section ). Results The positive features in 25 of 33 cases were found on M RI,the positive rate was 75.8%. Conclusion In MR examination of the ankle' s injury, the sagittal pd + t2 - tse and t2 - fl2d + fs are the routine sequences, the sagittal t2 - tirm sequence is the accessorial sequence ,in the coronal or transverse scanning,the me -2d is the routine sequence,that can be satisfactory for clinical diagnosis.
