高效液相色谱法测定葛根总黄酮及制剂中葛根素的含量

摘　　要：以反相高效液相色谱法（ＲＰ－ＲＰＬＣ）测定葛根总黄酮提取物及制剂中葛根素的含量。检测波长２５０ｎｍ，流动相为甲醇－水（２５：７５），进样２０μｌ采用外标法。当葛根素浓度在０．５－１２μｇ／ｍｌ时，浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系，ｒ＝０．９９９１。回收率及ＲＳＤ分别为１００．９％，１．２８％。A RP-HPLC method for the determination of Puerarin in isoflowonesd from Radix Puerariae and its preparations and a C 18 column and a mobile phase of methanol-water (25:75) were employed.Puerarin was determined at 250nm.The recovery rate of the Puerarin was 100.9%.The rigression equation was X=466.83+8501.25C(r=0.9991),The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
