摘 要:用高速火焰喷涂法在20钢上制备Fe-A l/Cr3C2复合涂层。利用配有能谱仪的扫描电镜分析涂层表面形貌和所含元素,利用X射线衍射仪分析涂层的相组成,并测试了涂层的结合强度、显微硬度、孔隙率等性能。结果表明,高速火焰喷涂Fe-A l/Cr3C2复合涂层中主要包括Fe、A l以及FeA l、Fe3A l、Cr3C2相,Cr3C2增强相呈点状均匀分布涂层中;涂层具有较高的结合强度、硬度和较低的孔隙率。The Fe-Al/Cr3C2 composite coating was prepared on the 20 steel substrate by high velocity flame spraying (HVFS) with Fe-Al/Cr3C2 powders. The surface and the cross-sectional morphologies of the coating were analyzed by SEM with EDAX, and the phases of the coating was analysed by XRD. The adhesion strength and microhardness and porosity were also measured. The results show that the phases of the coating include Fe, Al, FeAl, Fe3Al and Cr3C2, the strengthening Cr3 C2 phase is dotted and uniformly distributed in the coating, the adhesion strength and the microhardness of the coating are high and the porosity of the coating is low.
