分光光度法检测蜂皇胎制品中游离赖氨酸含量

摘　　要：蜂皇胎制品中游离赖氨酸用离子交换树脂分离后，先与铜离子络合，再与1-氟-2，4－二硝基苯（FDNB）反应，经后处理，用分光光度法测定。Free lysine in a preparation of queen bee's embryo was isolated using cation exchange resin- The Q-aminoand carboxyl group of lysine was complexed with cupric ion and the E-amino group reacted with FDNB(Fluoro-dinitrobenzene). After acid treatment and extraction with ether,the absorbance of the solution at 395nm was determined by spectrophotometry. Variation coefficient of the determination was less than 6% and the recovery of lysine was 95 % ~ 110 %.
