摘　　要：针对无线网络带宽抖动和跳变的情况,结合目前比较流行的视频压缩标准H.264,本文通过综合采用前馈码率控制和降低分辨率的码率控制方法来调整码流。实验结果显示:使用该算法不但能很好地适应带宽变化,而且还能很好克服带宽剧变时的丢帧现象。Aiming at the solution of the bandwidth fluctuation and skip of wireless network, this article with the currently popular video compression standard H.264, introduce a method that modulate the rate through the comprehensive utilization of feed-forward rate control and resolution-reducing rate control. The experimental result is： using this method it not only can adapt the change of bandwidth well, but also inverse to lose frame when the bandwidth skipped sharply.
