摘　　要：位图是图像处理中常用的一种图像格式。从位图文件的数据结构出发,将数字图像处理技术与计算机数控技术有机结合,实现了一种基于位图的数控单步多点雕刻加工方法。并且举例说明了该方法在创新设计、研制的砂雕玻璃数控雕刻加工系统中的应用,以及获得的实际应用效果。Bitmap is a widely used image style in image processing. With the combination of the digital image processing and computer numerically controlled （NC） techniques, we developed a bitmap-based NC single-step and multi-dot method. An example of the application of this bitmap-based method was provided to illustrate how it works in our newly innovated sandblasting glass NC sculpturing system.
