摘　　要：对收集的断路器可靠性数据进行合理的分析,是提高断路器可靠性的关键问题。在数据的可靠性分析中,通过数据的分析判定产品首次故障时间分布类型又是可靠性分析、可靠性设计、可靠性试验等可靠性研究工作的基础。论述在SPSS统计分析软件应用于高压断路器的可靠性研究中,对断路器首次故障时间的分布类型进行的判定。同时,介绍了建立断路器首次故障时间计算的可靠性数学模型,并给出了求解该数学模型的数值解法和实际计算结果。Reasonable analysis of collected reliability parameters of a circuit breaker is a key issue to raise reliability of the circuit breaker. Judgement of time distribution type of first fault occurred to a certain product may be realized through parameter analysis. And still more, parameter analysis is a foundation of reliability research work such as reliability analysis, reliability design, reliability test and so on. This paper reveals a kind of reliability analysis on high voltage circuit breaker with SPSS statistical analysis software, verifies the distribution type of first fault time of a circuit breaker, introduces a reliability mathematical model established for first fault time calculation of circuit breaker, and gives out solution to the mathematical model and actual computational result.
