摘　　要：综述了大蒜的药用史、药用成分及抑菌、杀菌、杀病毒,降血糖、提高葡萄糖耐受量,降血脂、降胆固醇、抗凝血、预防动脉硬化和脑梗死,抑制肿瘤,清除自由基,提高免疫力和抗衰老等方面功效。The studies on garlic are summarized in this article, including the history of drug use, pharmaceutical compositions, bacteriostasis and bactericidal activity, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic activity, anticoagulated blood and prevention of arteriosclerosis, tumor inhibition effect, scavenging free radicals, increasing immunity, anti-aging and so on.
