摘　　要：建立液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS)联用法分析心血中的西地那非。用HLB柱萃取心血中的西地那非,1mL血添加200.0ng、50.0ng西地那非的回收率分别为96.8%、85.6%。线性范围10.0-500.0ng/mL,仪器最小检测限为1ng/mL(S/N=10﹕1)。该法快速、灵敏、准确,适合于心血中西地那非的定性定量分析。The method for the determination of sidenafil in blood by high performance liquid chromatographic and mass spectrometry is described. Sidenafil was extractd by solid phase extraction cartridges HLB. The result showed that the recoveries of lmL blood spiked with 200ng, 50ng sidenafil were 96.8%, 85.6% respectively. Linearity was checked over the concentration range 10-500ng/mL. Limit of detection was 1.0ng/mL（S/N=10：1）. The method is simplicity, sensitivity, precision and suitable for ananlysis of quality and quantitation of sidenafil in blood
