摘 要:上向流曝气生物滤池(BAF)是一种严格意义上的推流式反应器,为研究其沿程生化特性,将反应器由下至上分为5个采样区间,考察了有机负荷、NH3-N负荷以及各段生物数量及其活性所引起的沿程生化特性差异。结果表明,在滤料层高度为180cm的BAF反应器中,由下至上各区间段对污染物的去除能力呈现出较为明显的递减规律;在气水比为4.5:1、进水COD为249.5—410.6mg/L、进水NH3-N为7.8—39.6mg/L时,其对COD、NH3-N的去除主要发生在滤料层高度〈135cm的区间,去除率分别达到75%、86%以上,硝化菌的活跃层较异养菌的高;对SS的去除主要发生在滤料层高度〈75cm的区间,去除率可达到88%。In the Biological Aerated Filter (BAF) reactor, the sewage and gas flow upward through the filtering media. The BAF is one of the high standard, plug flow reactors. In order to study the biochemical characteristics of the reactor, it is necessary to divide the reactor into five sampling section and research the different biochemical characteristics caused by different organic and NH3 -N loadings as well as the biological quantities and activities of each section. The results indicate that pollutants removal abilities of each section in ascending order clearly present the decreasing trend in the BAF reactor with the filter media height of 180 cm. When the ratio of the air to water is 4.5 : 1 and the influent COD and NH3 - N are 249.5 -410.6 mg/L and 7.8 -39.6 mg/L respectively, the effects of COD and NH3 - N removal happen mainly in the section with filter media height of below 1.35 m, the removal rate can achieve above 75% and 86%. In addition, the level of activity of the nitrification bacteria is higher than that of the heterotrophic bacteria. The SS removal occurs mainly in the section with filter media height of below 0.75 m, the removal rate can reach 88%.
