摘 要:以活性污泥为原料采用化学活化法制备生物质活性炭,结果表明:当选用3 mol/L的ZnC l2作活化剂时,在氮气环境中于600℃下碳化2 h后,所得活性炭的碘值为772.43 mg/g,比表面积为617.87 m2/g,孔体积为0.37 cm3/g,微孔体积为0.18 cm3/g,平均孔径为2.3 nm。应用其处理垃圾渗滤液的结果显示,在垃圾渗滤液的COD为372 mg/L、色度为64倍、生物质活性炭的加入量(质量分数)为1.5%的条件下,吸附120 m in后对COD的去除率为64.9%,脱色率为85.4%。Taking activated sludge as raw material, an activated carbon was prepared by chemical activation method. The results show that when using ZnCl2 of 3 mol/L as activating agent, the activated carbon which is produced at the activating temperature of 600 ℃ and carbonized for 2 h has iodine number 772.43 mg/g, specific surface area 617.87 m^2/g, pore volume 0.37 cm^3/g, micropore volume 0.18 cm^3/g and average pore size 2.3 nm. The adsorbent gained was used to treat landfill leachate. The results show that under the conditions of COD 372 mg/L in the landfill leachate, color 64 times and dose of activated carbon 1.5% ( mass fraction), after 120 min of adsorption, the color removal reaches 85.4%, and the COD removal reaches 64.9%.
