摘  要:在铝上浸锌过程中,在浸锌最初20 s内晶粒之间存在晶须现象。通过晶粒与晶须处的成分分析,结果发现,晶须处铜、铁、镍的含量要高于晶粒处的含量,由此推测:晶须主要是由于在浸锌初期,铜、铁、镍离子优先于锌离子放电而产生,浸锌后期主要是锌离子的放电沉积。It is found that there is whisker phenomenon in the first 20 seconds after the beginning of zincate process. The composition analysis of the crystal grains and whiskers shows that the content of copper, iron and nickel in whisker area is higher than that in crystallization area. It is concluded that the reasons for the formation of crystal whiskers are due to the fact that the ions of copper, iron and nickel are prior to the discharge of zinc ions at the initial stage of zincate process while the deposition of zinc ions is dominant in the later stage of the process.
