摘　　要：随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展,电子商务应运而生。电子商务是互联网应用的主要领域之一,也是现代市场经济中越来越重要的经营模式。构建一个集先进的商务理念和商务模式,采用先进的网络技术、数据挖掘技术、Agent技术和信用机制,基于应用的电子商务平台是电子商务活动的首要任务。Along with the technical development of the calculator technique and networks, the electronic commerce emerges with the tide of the times. The electronic commerce is one of the applied main realms of intemet, is also a more and more important business model in the modern market economy. Setting up a business principle and the business model that gather the forerunner, the adoption forerunner＇s network technique, the database technique, Agent technique and reputation mechanism is initial mission of the electronic commerce activity according to the applied electronic commerce terrace.
