摘　　要：远洋船舶的备件是其航运的重要物质基础和安全保证。保有一定数量的备件不仅可以确保航行安全,而且可以提高船舶的营运率,减少经济损失。但过多的备件保有量会增加库存费用。文章通过对船舶部件的寿命分析,提出了船舶备件的合理库存策略。Spare parts are substantial material to ensure safe operation of a sea_going vessel. To ensure navigation safe, the same as to improve working efficiency and less economic loss, sufficient Spare. parts are basically required. But too much spare parts, on the other band, will increase the financial burden. In this article, the author tries to provide some rational ship inventory strateey through life-span analysis is of vessel parts.
