初探组织治理结构的选择——兼论我国农业经济组织形式的选择

摘　　要：如果我们从交易治理的统一性和多样性角度去理解组织治理结构,就可以把组织治理的优化选择问题归结到约束条件下交易治理与交易类型匹配的问题上去。一种组织治理替代另一种组织治理的合理性就在于新的组织治理能够节约交易成本。在探究新制度经济学组织治理结构选择理论的基础之上,我们对我国农业经济组织形式的选择做了初步的分析,并得出结论:农户是当前最佳的农业直接生产组织;但是,随着非农化进程的不断推进,农业经济组织应该多样化。Based on unity and diversity of Transaction Goverance, the problem of optimization of structure of organization governance to the one that Transaction Goverance matches the type of transaction efficiently under given situations can be equal. The rationality of the logic of substitute between two kinds of structures of organization governance rests with saving of Trade Cost. Firstly, the theory （of New Institutional Economics） on optimization of structure of organization governance is discussed .Then it analyzes the problem of optimization of structure of organization governance in China.At last, it concludes： rural households are the best organizations of direct agriculture producing; howevere, structure of agriculture organization governance should he diverse when Non-agriculture advances gradually.
