摘  要:本文在过去研究的基础上首次获得了脱反榆试管苗,并移栽成活。采用脱皮榆实生幼苗的子叶、叶及顶芽为外植体,经愈伤组织或直接形成丛生芽。嫩梢在Ms+0.2mg/LIBA的培养基上诱导产生不定根,填加PG及稀释无机盐用量利于不定根形成。ln vitro pl antlets of Ulmus lamellosa were produced under defined conditionsfrom explants of cotyledons,leaves and shoot tips from 2-to 4.-week-old seedlings.Axillaryand adventitious buds were induced from shoot explants and callus,respectively. Plantletswere regenerated by rooting excised shoots on agar-solidifed medinum containing sucrose,MSinorganic nutrients and IBA. Rooting could be enhanced by supplementing the medium withPG or lowering the macronutrient concentrations.Plantlets were then established in soil.
