摘　　要：随着业务种类的增多,通信技术的飞速发展,发展网络管理技术在通信网络中已很有必要。简单介绍了网络管理的发展历史,阐述了网络管理的基本概念和功能分类,重点介绍了军事通信接入网中网络管理的现状,并就其发展提出几点建议。最后,针对目前的技术状况,切实可行地提出了一种基于Web的分布式网络管理体系结构。With the increase of the sorts in business and the rapid development in the communication technology,it＇s more and more necessary to develop the network management technology in the communication network. The paper has a brief introduction of its phylogeny,and narrates its conception and function sort. According to the current state of the administration of networks,it provides some advice,points out the distributed network management system based on Web.
