白唇鹿血液蛋白质多态性的研究

摘　　要：采用聚内烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对35头白唇鹿6种血液蛋白质的多态性进行了研究,结果表明:①血红蛋白和白蛋白为单态基因座;③后白蛋白有 PoA AB 和 PoA BB 两种表型;③运铁蛋白有 TF AA,TF AB 和 TF BB 3种表型;④后运铁蛋白呈现复杂的多态性;⑤亲血色蛋白有 Hp1-1和 Hp1-2两种表型。35 white-lipped deer(Cervus albirostris)were used to investigate the polymorphism of six blood proteins by means of a po- lyacrylamide gel eleetrophoresis.The results were as follows:(1) Both haemoglobin and albumin loci were monomorphie.(2)There were two phenotypes—PoA AB and PoA BB on the loeus of postalbumin. (3)There were three phenotypes including TF AA,TF AB and TF BB on the locus of transferrin.(4)A complex polymorphism was showed on the locus of posttransferrin.(5)There were both Hp1-1 and Hp1-2 phenotypes on the locus of haptoglobin.
