河南女排主场观众消费动机的调查与分析

摘  要:通过文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法,对全国排球联赛河南女排主场观众的消费动机进行了初步研究。通过因子分析,提取了促使潜在消费者成为现实消费者的7个潜在因子,分别为环境因子、需求因子、关联因子、体验因子、支持因子、兴趣因子、观赏因子等。除对这些因子进行了分析讨论外,还指出了下一步研究所要解决的重点问题。By means of literature reviews, questionnaires and mathematical statistics, a preliminary research has been conducted towards the consumer motivation of home court spectators for Henan Women's Volleyball Team during the national league volleyball matches. Through factor analysis, 7 potential factors of impelling potential consumers into realistic consumers are discovered, which include environment factor, demand factor, related factor, experience factor, support factor, interest factor, viewing and admiring factor, respectively. Besides a discussion on these factors, some of the important issues that need to be dealt with further have also been pointed out in the article.
