摘  要:用鸡新城疫Ⅱ(NDⅡ)系弱毒疫苗点眼免疫1日龄雏鸡。定期收集免疫组和对照组雏鸡泪液、血清做微量血细胞凝集抑制(HI)试验。同时,采取雏鸡下眼睑做宏观美兰和HE染色。疫苗点眼后,经眼观和组织学观察,免疫组雏鸡比对照组雏鸡的结膜结合淋巴组织(Conjunctiva-associatedlymphoidtissue.CALT)发生早、生长快、淋巴细胞数量多,此结果证明抗原刺激能促进CALT的发育成熟。通过对免疫组雏鸡泪痕、血清和对照组泪液、血清HI效价的分析,雏鸡眼区局部免疫反应比全身免疫反应发生早,抗体效价高。A handred one-day-ase male chikens were divided into two equal number groups,immunsed and control groups,chickens in the immunsed group was given Newcastle Disease vaccine(NDBI)by ocular route and the control was not.During 1to 10-day-age samples of tears and sera were collceted from immunsed and control group at scheduled times for micro-hemagglutination inhabition(HI) test.The lower eyelids sere collected at same time to be stained with methylene blue,hematoxylin and eosin(HE).The tears HI titers of the immunsed chickens was higher than the control chikens,but the sera HI titer was lower.Examined by gross and histolog,conjunctiva-associated lymphoid tissue(CALT)appeared earlier,developed faster and had more lymphocyles in immansed chickens than in the control.The resultsindicate that antigen stimulate can promote the development of CALT.
