摘 要:健康成年Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为5组:正常对照组和烧伤后第1h、3h、8h和24h组。应用K ̄+离子选择性微电极和普通玻璃微电极技术结合微型计算机进行分析的方法,观察严重烧伤(35%TBSAⅢ°烧伤)早期大鼠心室乳头肌细胞内K ̄+浓度和动作电位的变化。结果表明:与对照组相比:①大鼠烧伤后24h内心室肌细胞内K ̄+浓度、动作电位幅度、静息电位和零期最大去极化速率均显著降低,烧伤后8h达最低值,24h有所恢复;②动作电位复极化时程APD_(50)和APD_(90)均在烧伤后3h和8h显著缩短,APD_(10)仅在烧伤后8h明显缩短,24h三者均基本恢复。提示:烧伤早期主要影响心室肌细胞快钠通道和K ̄+通道,抑制Na ̄+内流,促进K ̄+外流。Forty Wistar rats were examined in this experiment.K ̄+一ion selectivemicroelectrodes and conventional microelectrodes were used respectively to measure theintraeellular K  ̄+oneentration([K+]i),resting potentials(RP), and action potentials (AP) ofventricular papillary muscle of control group and the 1h、 3h、 8h and 24h after burn injuredgroups(35% TBSA Ⅲ°burns).As compared with the control group,it was found that:①[K+]i、LRP、 APA and Vmax were all decreased significantly after early burn injury, and wasall down to the lowest level at 8h or so,then recovered gradually,②APD_(50) and APD_(90) wereshortened obviously at 3h and 8h,APD_(10) shortened only at 8h, and all recovered nearly tothe control level at 24h after burn injury,These results suggested that K+ outward currentwas accelerated,while Na+ inward current was diminished after early hurn injury.
