摘　　要：运用知识资本理论分析图书馆知识资本结构要素;阐明图书馆的社会无形资产特性,由此甄别专有权与公有权两种截然不同的知识资本特性;对图书馆知识资本运营机制实际上是一种知识价值的转移机制进行论证,通过用户参与的图书馆知识资本循环实现知识价值向公众人力资源开发价值的转移。By applying the theory of the intellectual capital, this paper gives an analysis of the essential factors of the composition of the intellectual capital of the library and expounds the characteristics of the socio-intangible assets of the library, which shows a striking contrast between the private ownership and the public ownership of the intellectual capital. Then the paper shows that the managerial system of the intellectual capital of the library is, actually, a type of the transferring system of knowledge value, and it is the transference that shifts the value of knowledge to that of the development of the public manpower resources with the consumers participating in the circulation of the intellectual capital of the library.
