摘　　要：论述大学图书馆网络环境下创新教学支持服务的必要性,从电子教学参考服务、多媒体课件开发支持、学科信息门户、学科馆员等4个方面,对中外大学图书馆进行比较研究,总结我国大学图书馆教学支持服务创新已取得的成绩和存在的问题,借鉴西方大学图书馆的先进经验,对今后的教学支持服务提出若干建议。The paper analyzes the necessity of the instruction assistant service of university libraries under the network surroundings, With a comparison with university libraries between China and some other countries, the paper presents the current situation in the innovation of the instruction assistant service of Chinese university libraries, It also mentions in the paper that the future instruction assistant service of Chinese university libraries can take the experience of western university libraries for reference,
