摘  要:1994年流感病毒H3N2亚型HA1基因核苷酸序列分析结果显示,经过26年进化,共有114个核苷酸置换,引起51个氨基酸变异,变异比例为15.5%。自1968年"香港流感"引起人类暴发流行以来,HA1基因核苷酸置换率4~6个/每年,氨基酸变异2~3个/每年,核苷酸和氨基酸变异速度减慢。1994年三株病毒中,广东地区毒株比仙台地区和河北地区毒株多变异2~3个氨基酸;这从分子流行病学角度提示,广东地区流行毒株在目前流感病毒H3N2亚型的变异和流行中可能具有重要作用。It is revealed in sequencing of influenza A H3N2 strains in 1994 that when compared with H3N2 that first appeared in 1968,there were 114 nucleotieds substitutions and 51 amino acid variations with 15. 5% of variation rate, There were annually 4~6 nucleotide substitutions and 2~3 amino acid variations in HA1 gene since 1968. A G and CT were the main way of substitution, which was 73. 2% in all. Nucleotide substitution and amino acid variation has been slowed down gradually since the 1980's. Among three strains in 1994, there were 2~3 amino acid more variation in A/Guangdong/28/94 than in A/Sendai/c384/94 and A/Hebei/41/94 in HA1.
