摘  要:三峡某大厦工程位于地质条件复杂地区,由于施工时缺乏经验,使部分桩位没有到达所要求的持力层。查明情况后采取补少量桩、加厚地下室承台底板等措施,避免了一次重大的质量事故。A certain mansion project was built in a complicated geological engineering region at the Sanxia (3-Gorge) district. Being shortage and deficiency of experience during construction,some piles had not reached the bearing capacity course as design expected. Discovering this quality incident of pie foundation, an urgent treatment by adding a few piles and thickening bed plate of the basement was immediately carried out. Therefore. a serious quality incident of pile foundation was eventually eliminated.
