摘　　要：本文提出了精确解析法,用以计算锥形导水机构的封水面。本方法无假设条件,无近似处理,且有利于工艺工装设计。文中谈及导叶翼型问题、封水线的加工问题以及相应的计算方法。In this paper a precision analysis for the calculation of sealing surface for the cone guide apparatus is presented. No assumption and no approximation were used in the analysis, this calculation will be beneficial to the fixture design. Problems on gate profile and manufacturing of sealing line and relative calculation are also concerned.
