摘 要:通过失重法测定了A3钢、铜、铝在20%乙醇冷媒液中的腐蚀速率和复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果,筛选出不含NO2-的复配缓蚀剂.该缓蚀剂可以有效减缓碳钢、不锈钢、紫铜和铝合金材料在乙醇冷媒液中的腐蚀,同时提高冷媒液的稳定性,改善其冰点和沸点.The common composition of corrosion inhibitor for ethanol coolant were summarized in the paper. A new novel combined corrosion inhibitor without nitrite was prepared and then its corrosion inhibition efficiency for A3 steel, copper alloy and aluminium in 20 % ethanol solution was evaluated by weight loss method. The results show that the new corrosion inhibitor is effective for protection of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum alloys in the ethanol-based coolant. The coolant added with the environmental-friendly inhibitor also exhibits a better stability, lower freezing point and higher boiling point than the blank sample.
