摘　　要：测量不确定度是临床实验室的一个重要参数,根据定义,测量不确定度是表征合理地赋予被测量之值的分散性与测量结果相联系的参数。因此,在临床实验室我们可以使用室内质控的结果去评估测量不确定度。The uncertainty of measurement is an important parameter for clincial laboratories. According to the definition, the uncertainty of measurement is a parameter, associated with the result of a measurement, that characterizers the dispersion of the values that could reasonably be attributed to the measurand. So we can use the results of Internal Quality Control to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement in clinical laboratories. The standard uncertainty is equal to the standard deviation.
