摘  要:目的:应用放射性微球技术检测激素性兔骨组织血流量。方法:20只成年兔分为2组,一组为对照组,另一组给予地塞米松注射8周,采用放射性微球技术测量两组兔骨组织血流量。结果:对照组骨组织血流量,在长骨干、皮质骨和骨髓中,以肱骨血流量最高;在不规则骨中,以颈椎血流量最高。激素组骨组织血流量较对照组低,降低幅度最明显的为长骨骨髓、椎骨和股骨颈。结论:长程使用糖皮质激素可降低兔骨组织血流量。Objective: To quantitatively measure hormonal osseous blood flow in rabbits by radioactive microsphere techniques. Methoeds: 20 Japanese rabbits were divided into 2 groups randomly, 10 were used as a control group, 10 were injected the dexamethasone 8 weeks continuously as modal group. The osseous blood flow in 2 group rabbits were measured with radioactive microsphere techniques. Results: In the control group, the blood flow of humerus was the highest in the diaphysis, the compact bone and the bone marrow among all the long bones. The blood flow of cervical vertebra was the highest among all the irregular bones.The osseous blood flow of modal group was significantly less than that of control group. Compared with the control group, the osseous blood flow of modal group reduced significantly in the marrow, the vertebrae and the neck of femur. Conclusions: Long-term glucocorticoid treatment reduced the osseous blood flow in rabbits.
